  I was just reading reviews looking for a good Mexican restaurant as I am fairly new to the area.  I haven't eaten here so I am giving a 5 star review in fairness to my complete lack of experience with your food and/or your service. I am simply reviewing your responses to negative reviews...
  
  Harry, you need some HR and Customer Service training. The way to win back the respect and loyalty of your customers when they have a less than positive experience in your restaurant isn't by calling them liars! On almost every 1 or 2 star review you responding by wanting them to prove to you that they were really in your establishment.
  
  Why not simply apologize and offer an enticement to get them to return in the hopes that they will edit their negative review and remain/become a "regular" leaving positive reviews...I mean, you can't win 'em all but if you responded to me with "Send me the time and date you were here so I can check to see if you were really here...." I would definitely never step foot back in your establishment.
  
  If you were located in a less populated area this kind of management style would have run you out of business long ago.

  To be honest this place was not worth it at all
  The actual cook who was over the counter was it really nice man he offered to give a sample of steak which was nice but I should have known better and walked out.
  The actual cashier like in every other restaurant I've gone to is in a bad mood didn't want to even say hello took our order I think for the quality of food and the way the service was it was overpriced.
  But most important the food tastes itself was not good for us we will not be coming back here again.

  They must of had a bunch of family members and friends to write good reviews about this place
  WORST MEAT EVER
  Ordered 3 tacos, the torta with 2 tacos combo, and 3 chicken tacos
  The meat was extremely OLD like from yesterday, and I went there at 8pm
  Nothing about the tacos or Torta was special- like no special sauce
  It was as if they said- Just put the meat and sprinkle this and that, then wrap it

  I love this place super great food, I don't want this review to Change anyone's mind on going here BUT! I called them to place a takeout order. I was told to hold on by a sweet lady with a soft voice, but then I was left there on the phone able to hear them laughing and talking for 6 minutes. (Yes I counted) this happens to me more often than not. So I hung up the phone and called another 4 times!! Let it ring for about 1 mins and 30 seconds and then I gave up, I love this place so I came in to the place my order for take out and talked to the girl that answered the phone and she denied it to my face, whatever... I don't care. But it's so frustrating when this happens. OHHH WHEN I CAME HERE RIGHT AFTER THIS, THE FREAKIN PLACE WAS EMPTY THERE WAS NOT ONE CUSTOMER IN HERE!!!!!!!!

  Ran in here on a work break craving a taco salad and that's exactly what I got! I opted for the beef salad and it came with all the fixings: fluffy rice, beans, tasty beef, lettuce, pico, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. They had a nice array of bottled drinks as well. I was a little disappointed my taco shell was over cooked and just crumbled when I tried to break off a piece but other than that..this place is a solid little spot.
